Cancellation and Refund Policy

Nourish Services understands that there may be situations that arise which prevents you from attending your schedule sessions at Nourish Play.  It is consequently invited that you are to notify us with more than 24 hours’ notice prior to the commencement time of your session. This will enable us the opportunity to extend your position to another family who is wishing to join our session. During periods where you offer less than 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of session, this prevents us from having the ability to offer this position to another family.

Should you notify Nourish Services of your request to cancel the session with less than 24 hours notices, Nourish Services will not be able to offer a refund. Nourish Services will offer to reschedule your purchased session should you provide 24 hours or more notice to cancel your session.

Families who do not show to their purchased session will not be extended the opportunity to refund or reschedule. This is due to the operational needs and costing allocated to the position where it was of the understanding that the family would attend.

We understand that special unavoidable situations take place preventing you from attending or communicating with more than 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling the purchased session in this instance will require the Hub Coordinator approval which can be sought through hello@nourishservices.com.au.

Nourish Services firmly believe in collaboration, kindness and belonging which is built through the connectiveness of our relationships where understanding and communication is found. If you have any questions relating to this policy and procedure please reach out through email.
