Our respite services are individually developed to meet the needs of the person we support. We ensure that we are working towards their NDIS goals, while providing their placement with time to heal.

Support Work

Supporting children and adults to build on their quality of life is what we live for here at Nourish. Our direct support team will support participants in their housing arrangement, or in the community.

We can assist with capacity building, social or specific skill development, or simply spending time with someone to engage in a variety of experiences and activities. Our talented team are supported by registered practitioners to ensure we are delivering the best quality of care all while being provided with support in achieving the identified goals.

Behaviour Support

2 years - 65 years

We support people through a value’s-led approach that has a core focus on improving the quality of a person’s live through Positive Behaviour Support.

We have immediate capacity to offer our PBS services in the community, supported accommodation, education, or community. Nourish Services is here to teach alternative behaviours and skills to replace behaviours that challenge

Nourish Services is a registered early intervention and all ages provider

Private Mentoring

5 years - 24 years

We have the opportunity to support child and young people who currently or previously reside in Out-Of-Home-Care or are part of the Child Protection System. Our practitioners are therapeutically driven and trauma informed who thrive on supporting young people through all walks of life.

Our primary focus is to build on their emotional intelligences and social skills all while having fun and building relationships with our mentors that foster opportunity for growth. We support them to explore their identity through positive childhood experiences and therapeutic conversations.

  • People currently living in the OOHC system

  • People previously living in the OOHC system
